Passwords are set per deployment by SEED_SUPER_ADMIN_PASSWORD. Ask whoever installed this build. Subdomain for all shop accounts: poobalasingham.

Shop accounts sign in with a subdomain as well as an email - it is what tells the platform which shop you belong to. Only the platform admin leaves it blank.
